RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges.
In case of return, you will pay for the return shipping, and Nordic Designs will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or grant a refund including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes.
If you would like to return an order we offer two options;
- You can return your order at our store at Drottninggatan 7, 11151 Stockholm.
- You can email us at email@example.com and we can start the return process. We have a fixed return cost of 69 SEK in Sweden (not applicable on furniture) and will send you a return label for either DHL drop off or Postnord Drop Off. For EU shipments we have a flat fee of 100 SEK for the return labels.
In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment via the original payment method as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition. Once the refund has been issued from us the money will take between 1-4 business day to be paid back depending on your bank and payment method.
